Bolanle Odunayo‑Ojo is a transformational and inclusive leader with over 15 years of experience across the Energy and Financial Audit sectors. She currently serves as the Senior Operations Manager for the Bonga Asset at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo) . Previous experiences includes roles as Head of Operations Readiness and Assurance at Brunei Shell Petroleum, various asset management positions across Shell companies, and Field Engineer at Schlumberger.
Bolanle holds a First-Class honours degree in Chemistry from Rivers State University and a MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. She is an alumna of the prestigious Shell Centenary and Chevening Scholarship program.
