She is a Quantity Surveyor by training with over 2 decades experience in banking, cost & commercial management of infrastructure projects in Africa and currently the United Kingdom. She has a proven track record of leading the commercial delivery and cost management of capital infrastructure in highways, wastewater, real estate, pipeline projects from the least value of £30m to over £7b contract value in the UK.
She is a Senior Commercial Manager with one of UK’s top Global Consultancy, T&T. Her technical expertise spans the full project life cycle, with proven ability to drive value, manage risk and ensure robust financial and contractual control throughout the project lifecycle.
She thrives in the pre-contract and post-contract phase within multi-stakeholder environments, where precision, compliance and value optimisation are critical. Her strength lies in structured cost management, contract administration, deployment of tailored procurement strategy and the ability to navigate change and risk effectively.
Yetty holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Quantity Surveying from the Federal University of Technology, Minna; A Master’s degree in Facilities Management (Building Construction) from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria; A Master of Arts degree in International Planning & Sustainable Development from the University of Westminster, London; A Master of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University, UK.
She is a certified Prince 2 Practitioner (Association of Project Managers), a candidate member of RICS UK (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). She is a Minister in the RCCG (Redeemed Christian Church of God) and the Convener of the D’Realbirthing Place; an intercessory prayer group.
