She has led HR strategy across Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon, supporting workforces of 500+ employees and advising at Board and Executive Committee level. Rosemary specializes in aligning people strategy with business growth, leadership capability, workforce transformation and high-performance culture building.
A respected voice on leadership and organizational effectiveness, she has delivered enterprise-wide initiatives that produced measurable results, including improvement in employee engagement, strengthened succession pipelines and leadership development programs impacting 250+ managers and leaders.
Her experience spans IT Consulting, Financial Services, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Supply Chain and Logistics sectors. She is currently the Head of Human Resources for Nigeria and Ghana at DHL Global Forwarding.
Rosemary holds an Executive MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry obtained from the University of Ibadan. She is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also a WIMBOARD Fellow of the Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ).
