Engr. Kemi Fadipe is a geotechnical engineering professional with extensive experience in foundation engineering, soil investigations, and construction risk management. She currently serves as Acting Managing Director at Vibroflotation & Geotechnical Nigeria Ltd, where she provides strategic and operational leadership for complex geotechnical projects across Nigeria’s construction and infrastructure sectors.
Over the course of her career, she has overseen numerous soil testing, structural assessment, and foundation design projects, helping clients resolve critical ground engineering challenges and implement safe, cost-effective foundation solutions. Her work combines strong technical expertise with practical field experience, enabling her to guide multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects that meet both engineering standards and commercial objectives.
