Adenike Fetuga is a seasoned business leader, Chartered Accountant, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience spanning banking, finance, risk management, and business development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC).
Following a successful banking career in management roles at two leading Nigerian banks, she founded Finger Chops Ventures in 2009, where she serves as Managing Director/CEO. Under her leadership, the company has grown from fewer than 20 employees to over 150, establishing itself as a leading producer of premium bakery products in the Niger Delta region.
She has driven the company’s growth by combining strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. Passionate about entrepreneurship and continuous improvement, Adenike has also undertaken professional training in food production and processing, further strengthening her ability to build sustainable businesses and create lasting economic impact.
