One of her most impactful projects involved restructuring an Integrated Livestock initiative to resolve farmer-herder conflicts in North-Eastern Nigeria, where she improved operational efficiency by 90% and increased revenue by 80% within six months. She has also developed business models and product papers that led to significant funding wins, including a ₦1BN ($1.52 million) credit line for livestock farmers (Dairy and Beef Value Chain), aligned with SDG 2 (Zero Hunger).
She serves as Head of Mechanization at NIRSAL, where she leads national programs that integrate sustainable technologies into agriculture, with a focus on supporting smallholder farmers. In addition to her work in agriculture, she helps professionals position themselves for global opportunities through personalized LinkedIn audits and profile optimization. She believes that success often hinges on how well individuals position themselves and has supported over 70 professionals in amplifying their visibility and connecting with the right networks.
