One of her most impactful projects involved restructuring an Integrated Livestock initiative to resolve farmer-herder conflicts in North-Eastern Nigeria, where she improved operational efficiency by 90% and increased revenue by 80% within six months. She has also developed business models and product papers that led to significant funding wins, including a ₦1BN ($1.52 million) credit line for livestock farmers (Dairy and Beef Value Chain), aligned with SDG 2 (Zero Hunger).
She serves as Head of Mechanization at NIRSAL, where she leads national programs that integrate sustainable technologies into agriculture, with a focus on supporting smallholder farmers. In addition to her work in agriculture, she helps professionals position themselves for global opportunities through personalized LinkedIn audits and profile optimization.
