She has spent her career designing and implementing high-impact programmes for global brands, social enterprises, and purpose-driven startups, delivering measurable results across social impact and commercial metrics.
As Managing Director at the Africa Leadership and Dialogue Institute (ALADI), she leads initiatives that amplify African leadership, platform youth and marginalized groups, and cultivate collaborative partnerships to drive transformative change.
Achieng’s professional journey includes senior leadership roles across renewable energy, consumer goods, and education sectors with Sun King Greenlight Planet Inc, Danone Africa, Airtel Africa, and The Coca-Cola Company among others, as well as founding and advising pioneering organisations in digital business, women’s empowerment, and philanthropy. She is proud to have led and supported social impact strategies and cross-sector initiatives for impact-driven organisations such as Impact Philanthropy Africa, WomenWork Network, Save the Children International, and Fit for Purpose Ltd, centering youth, women, and community outcomes at the heart of targeted initiatives.
