This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all payments made to Ascent Club, including membership fees, event tickets, and program enrollments.

1. Payment Terms

All payments to Ascent Club must be made in full at the time of registration, subscription, or purchase, unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments through Paystack and other authorized channels displayed on our website.

By completing a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You understand and agree to the terms outlined in this Payment Policy.

 

2. Membership Fees

  • Founding Memberships and other membership tiers are billed annually or as specified during sign-up.

  • Membership fees are non-transferable and apply per individual.

  • Renewal reminders will be sent prior to expiration to ensure continuity of access and benefits.

 

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Ascent Club operates on a non-refundable policy due to the immediate access provided to digital content, resources, and exclusive community features.
However, in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or technical errors, refunds may be reviewed and processed at the discretion of Ascent Club management.

Requests must be submitted in writing to ascentclub@inspiredbyglory.com within 7 days of payment.

4. Event and Program Payments

  • Payments for workshops, webinars, or special programs must be made before the event date.

  • If an event is postponed or canceled by Ascent Club, registrants will receive the option of a full refund or credit transfer to a future event.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

If a transaction fails or is declined, your access to related content, membership, or events will remain on hold until payment is successfully completed.
We are not responsible for charges, fees, or penalties applied by your bank or card issuer.

 

6. Changes to Pricing and Terms

Ascent Club reserves the right to modify pricing, payment methods, or policies at any time.
Any such changes will be clearly communicated on the official website and take effect for future transactions only.
