Sarah Ajose-Adeogun is a transformational leader with over three decades of multidisciplinary experience across the public and private sectors. She is the Managing Partner at Teasoo Consulting Limited, where she drives strategic advisory in ESG, risk management, transformation, policy analysis, and large-scale project delivery, which includes the 6,000-hectare Seplat Energy Reforestation Project. A former Special Adviser on Strategy, Policy, Projects, and Performance to the Edo State Government, she played a pivotal role in shaping major state transformation initiatives, senior leadership development, performance management, and investment attraction.
Her 20-year career with the Shell Group strengthened her expertise in sustainability, social performance, and community impact, where she led landmark ESG integration efforts, community development programmes, and financial innovation initiatives. Sarah is also Chairman of the Esangbedo Humanitarian Foundation, host of the SarahSpeaks Podcast, and author of the Teasoo ESG Weekly series and the ESG Columnist for Nigeria’s BusinessDay Newspapers.
