Sarah Ajose-Adeogun is a seasoned business leader, leadership coach, and visionary strategist with over three decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning the public and private sectors. She is currently the Founder and Managing Partner at Teasoo Consulting Limited and former Special Adviser Dtrategy, Policy, Projects and Performance Management in the Edo State Government. Sarah has led transformative initiatives and led projects that drive inclusive growth, sustainability, and institutional reform. Her leadership journey includes a distinguished career at Shell, where she took an early retirement in 2021 due to her passion for impact to join the Edo State Government. In Shell, Sarah championed ESG compliance, stakeholder management, and impactful community development programs.
Sarah is also the host of the SarahSpeaks podcast, a platform dedicated to empowering emerging leaders through insightful conversations on purpose, vision, and transformation. She currently leads a multimillion-dollar reforestation initiative in Edo State, aligning economic empowerment with environmental restoration. Passionate about youth development and women’s inclusion, she works through the Esangbedo Humanitarian Foundation to shape a new generation of change-makers.
