Ochanya R. Dan-Ugo is a seasoned risk, governance and compliance leader with over 20 years of experience across public and private sectors. She served as Director and Group Chief Risk Officer of Unified Payment Services Limited and its subsidiaries where she provided strategic leadership for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and was accountable for the holistic management of risk at the one of Nigeria’s foremost fintech and payment service providers.
Currently serves on the board of Hope PSBANK and a member of the Governing Council of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria .
