Ginikachi Okoro is an excellent Leader in People Management with about 15 years of work experience with a brief stint in legal practice, her HR career cuts across multiple geographies in multinationals in Tech and Consumer goods industry. Ginika’s expertise and interests lie in People Development, Business Partnering, Change Management, Diversity and Inclusion and Servant Leadership.
Ginika has built cross border competence in connecting and working with executives, leaders and employees in Multinationals to understand their challenges and provide solutions that enhance employee development, engagement, productivity and overall business impact.
Ginika is passionate about growth in people. Her purpose is to help Leaders operate from their highest identity and be the best they can be. She believes that the mind is a powerful weapon and is the start of transformation. She wants to be able to shape the minds and behaviours of young people and invariably influence them to make positive choices which will benefit them personally and the society as a result. This prompted her to create the Dear Young Adults platform in 2020, an online community that focused on building the wholesome person, equipping and empowering young people with tools and confidence to be able to make right choices, compete and win in life. In the same period she authored a free e-book, “21 things I wish I knew at 21”.
Ginika holds an L.L.B from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and a Bachelor of Law from the Nigerian Law School. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute and an Associate Member of CIPM, Nigeria. She is an expert in change Management with an Executive Masters in Change with the prestigious INSEAD, Singapore. the Convener of Bkindled, a channel and network focused on Identity, Leadership and Elegant Transitions for leaders. She is a Certified Coach of the International Coaching Federation and currently a Director People and Culture for Nigeria location and French speaking countries in Africa, for a leading multinational in the beverage industry.
