Edidiong is a visionary leader with over two decades of expertise in Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Corporate Advisory, known for driving impactful business transformations and sustainable growth. With a multi-sector background spanning upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil & Gas, manufacturing, HSSEQ, technology, and corporate services, she delivers results through innovative solutions, change leadership, and strategic foresight.

Currently serving as Manager, Corporate Transformation Advisory at NLNG, she shapes key transformation initiatives and business optimization efforts. She previously held executive roles, including General Manager, Strategy & Business Transformation at Dorman Long Engineering Limited, and spent 13 years at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo) as an Exploration Geoscientist.

An entrepreneur and artist, she founded Amama Design Atelier, a creative studio for surface pattern design and product customization. Passionate about mental health advocacy, she uses art as a tool for well-being and resilience through exhibitions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
