Dorothy Eboh is an accomplished energy executive and legal practitioner with over two decades of leadership at Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC). She has consistently shaped governance frameworks, strengthened compliance, and embedded ethical practices in complex, high-risk operating environments. Her career reflects a strong focus on board-level priorities: enterprise risk oversight, ESG integration, regulatory compliance, and dispute avoidance.
Dorothy’s experience spans supply chain transformation, procurement governance, Nigerian Content compliance, and claims management. She is recognised for reducing exposure to contractual disputes, building resilient logistics frameworks, and advancing ethical procurement standards.
