Uzo Ejidoh is an adept Community Development and Stakeholder Relationship Management expert with 20+ years strong experience in corporate relationship management, conflict resolution, sustainable development, corporate communications, and corporate social responsibility at Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited. Her responsibilities include managing relationships between NNPC Limited, Partners, Host communities, and stakeholders, with a focus on conflict resolution, sustainable development, and corporate social responsibility.
She currently, leads community relations and stakeholder engagement initiatives at NUIMS for major JV/PSC assets, aimed at increasing transparency, reducing risks, and supporting operational compliance. Uzo has driven, deployed and managed community development initiatives, interventions, programs and projects that have impacted livelihoods and secured harmonious dente in both oil-producing and non-oil regions of operations.
Holds a bachelor’s from the University of Ibadan, an alumnus of INSEAD, CWC School for Energy, and Ashridge Business School. A member of PMI and GSN, and has received advanced trainings in negotiation, corporate communications, social entrepreneurship, stakeholder relationship retention and management and sustainable energy transitions.
Uzo, actively supports inclusive growth initiatives, supports and volunteers with the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Save the children, demonstrating her passion for underserved communities, and sustainability.
