Toyosi Olatunji is the Group Chief Project Officer at Leadway, where she is responsible for driving strategy implementation and ensuring value realisation across all operating entities. With over 20 years of experience in business strategy development and execution, she has developed deep expertise in managing corporate strategy from initiation to closure, ensuring that strategic objectives deliver tangible value to all stakeholders.
In addition to her role at Leadway, she serves as a member of the Governing Board at Adewunmi Desalu Parkinson’s Foundation and sat on the Advisory Board of Heckerbella, a fast-growing digital transformation firm, where she applied her skills in business strategy, planning, and leadership to contribute to organizational growth and impact.
Olatunji holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and Executive Education credentials from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. She is also certified in PRINCE2 and ScrumMaster, and has completed executive education programs at London Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School, reflecting her strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
