Tolulope is the Gender Network Manager at FSD Africa, a specialist development agency using finance to strengthen Africa’s future, where she leads transformative initiatives like the FSD Network Gender Collaborative Programme across eight African countries, driving innovative solutions to financial inclusion and sustainable development challenges. A committed advocate for gender and economic inclusion, Tolulope blends over a decade of expertise with a relentless passion for women’s economic empowerment.
At the center of gender, finance, and sustainability, she has led impactful initiatives that empower women through financial inclusion, agricultural development, and climate finance. Some of these include; the Hello Tractor initiative, which enhanced farmers’ access to storage and receipt finance, and the Financial Sector Deepening Mozambique’s programs. Tolu speaks on panels and writes thought-provoking pieces on women’s inclusion. She is also the Board Chair of A Girl Project, an initiative committed to shaping Africa’s future, one empowered girl at a time.
