Oghogho is head of the Business Advisory Unit and a key member of the firm’s Banking and Project Finance, and Energy and Natural Resources practices. She has, over the years, advised on high value transactions in diverse sectors, including advising on financing arrangements for projects in the oil and gas, healthcare, hotel and hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.
An award-winning lawyer, Oghogho has been consistently recognized for her excellence, earning accolades such as Globe Business Media Group Client Choice Award (only lawyer from Nigeria to have won the award for three consecutive years (2016–2018) in the General Corporate category), Chambers Global 2021, Who’s Who Legal etc.
Her impact extends beyond the legal profession through thought leadership, mentorship, and contributions to key industry publications. She is a member of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ), the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) and she is involved in extensive pro bono work on behalf of various NGOs with focus on education, female entrepreneurship and healthcare.
