Judy Melifonwu is an experienced Government Relations Executive, Certified Project Manager, Socialpreneur, and a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellow /Fulbright Scholarship Alumni with experience identifying, developing, and executing strategies to sustain and drive corporate business agendas to its successful completion across Central and West Africa.
Working in both the private and public sectors for global organisations, Judy has led multi-disciplined teams on projects which have shaped policies and regulatory demands to meet with the needs of socio-economic development. As a government relations specialist with impeccable interpersonal skills, Judy has demonstrated the ability to engage with senior C-Level Executives and has mastered the art of Negotiation, Cross-functional Team Management, Analytics, Coaching, and Mentoring.
Judy is also a Socialpreneur with extensive ties to the community. She is the founder of the E-Women (Nigeria), a platform aimed at getting more young educated women involved in politics, and currently has a database of over 1 million women from their target demographic. In less than 8 months, they were the only youth group formally incorporated into Nigeria’s then-ruling political party, and our successes include helping a young woman become the youngest female member of Nigeria’s Federal House of Representatives.
