Following Equity Group’s acquisition of Banque Commerciale du Congo, she successfully digitized and migrated operations in the DRC, making Equity Bank DRC the second-best performing subsidiary in internet banking within a year. She also drove 35% growth in the bank’s corporate manufacturing sector portfolio, facilitated financial literacy training for manufacturers, and spearheaded a cashflow-based lending product  that led to the disbursement of 439,000+ business loans worth over $200 million.
