Julie Idongesit Utang is a seasoned corporate leader with over 30 years of impact in Nigeria’s upstream energy sector. As Manager of Stakeholder Relations and Acting Head of Business Services at NUIMS, NNPC Limited, she has driven corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and CSR initiatives while optimizing workforce management and operational efficiency.

Her leadership has led to major achievements, including securing critical development projects for Niger Delta States, streamlining invoice processing to prevent financial losses, and advocating for the inclusion of displaced Bakassi persons in community programs. She also pioneered leadership competency workshops and technical certification programs, strengthening corporate capacity.

Julie’s contributions to public administration earned her a Doctor of Public Administration (Honoris Causa) from London Bridge Business School in 2024. She is a Fellow of multiple professional bodies and has received top honors in leadership and management development programs. A dedicated mentor and advocate for diversity, she continues to drive excellence and innovation in Africa’s corporate landscape.
