Chioma is the Regional Bank Head and a Senior Executive at Fidelity Bank, where she has significantly expanded the bank’s trade finance portfolio to $210 million and increased the agent banking network by over 550% year-over-year. Her leadership in financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment is demonstrated through successful initiatives including the launch of female-focused propositions and the disbursement of over N22.6 billion in intervention funds, micro-loans, and consumer loans. She has also gained international recognition as a thought leader, speaking at prestigious forums including the Financial Times UK Wealth Summit and Ngaza Forum in Rwanda.
Chioma is a board member of Alliances for Africa (AfA) and serves as the Chairperson of the Women Economic Empowerment Committee at Fidelity Bank. Her 25-year career in financial services has earned numerous accolades, including recognition from Financial Times UK for Best Private Banking in Nigeria (2014) and Best Digital Bank for Entrepreneurs in Africa (2019). As a member of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ), she continues to champion initiatives that promote financial inclusion and economic development across various sectors, from food and beverages to manufacturing and agro-commodities.
