Aurélie Pujo is a Senior Advisor at Amethis, where she oversees legal aspects of investment, fundraising, and fund structuring. She also serves on the board of the management company and several portfolio companies.
With a career spanning private equity and international law, she previously served as Principal Counsel at Emerging Capital Partners, providing legal support across Africa and the MENA region. Before that, she practiced law at White & Case in Paris, specializing in energy, infrastructure, and project finance, and worked with Herbert Smith in Paris and Shanghai.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, Pujo holds a postgraduate diploma in international business law and a master’s degree in international law, specializing in oil and gas law. She became a Partner at Amethis in 2016 before transitioning to her current role in 2022.
