Aminata Kane Ndiaye is the CEO of Orange Money Group, overseeing mobile money, banking, and fintech operations across 17 countries and serving as Chairman of Orange Bank Africa. Previously, as CEO of Orange Sierra Leone (2018–2022), she led the company to market leadership, driving growth, profitability, and innovation.

Before that, she was Chief Marketing Officer for Orange Money Senegal and a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company. A graduate of HEC Paris and MIT Sloan, she has earned recognition as a Young Global Leader (WEF) and Africa CEO of the Year (2020). She actively supports African tech startups and serves on multiple boards.
