Ifeyinwa Okafor is a strategic leader and Certified Wholeness Coach with eighteen years of experience helping people and systems function with clarity, purpose and stability. Her career spans technology, operations, team development and coaching, giving her a grounded understanding of how real people work, lead and live under pressure.
She currently serves as Head of the Asset and Facilities Management Team at the Lagos Regional Office of the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), where she oversees operational continuity, workplace strategy, safety and vendor performance across a complex regulatory environment. Her leadership combines structure, empathy and practical problem-solving to create work settings that support people, not drain them.
Through Thrive3Sixty, the coaching and personal development platform she founded, Ify helps individuals and families design healthier rhythms, make intentional choices and build lives that can withstand the demands of modern work and modern living. She also co-founded The Digital Parenting School, which equips families across several countries with the skills to navigate technology with confidence and balance.
She is the convener of the Godly Parenting Summit, now present in seventeen countries, and the author of Parenting with the Father. Her tools — including the Elevate-U Planner and T360 resources — are built to give people practical ways to manage their energy, responsibilities and long-term goals.
