Omolola Oloye is an Associate Director with KPMG in West Africa, bringing over 20 years of experience in audit, assurance, and consulting. She has led audits of top-tier, highly regulated, and listed entities in the financial services industry, including banks, insurance companies, and capital market institutions. Her work is defined by a commitment to helping businesses build trust with stakeholders, strengthen compliance, and drive sustainable growth through high-quality audit and assurance services.
Within KPMG, Omolola plays strategic roles in business development, people development, and audit quality. She heads the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) function for KPMG in Africa and serves on the KPMG Africa Audit Quality Council, overseeing audit quality initiatives across the continent. As a KPMG-accredited trainer, she has facilitated training across West Africa. Her career includes valuable experience working with KPMG South Africa, which broadened her perspectives on leadership and audit quality.
Omolola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds a degree in Economics from Babcock University, an MBA with Honours from Nexford University, and has completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Program at Saïd Business School. She is deeply committed to lifelong learning, evidenced by her participation in programs such as the WIMBoard Mentorship and as founding member of the Ascent Club. Beyond her professional achievements, she has contributed to the ICAN committees, the NAICOM IFRS 17 Workgroup, and supports initiatives like WIMBIZ, Enactus, PAWEN and the KPMG Network of Women. Outside of work, she prioritises family, health, wellness, and making a positive impact.
