Roselyn Onalaja is an experienced management and HR consultant with nearly two decades of entrepreneurial success, driven by a deep passion for helping early-stage businesses grow into profitable, sustainable businesses. With a strong foundation built from a decade in consulting sector, she transitioned to establish and lead her own consulting firm where she continues to advise, coach and mentor leaders across industries.
Roselyn’s core expertise spans people and organisational development, leadership growth, and strategic support for emerging businesses. She has played a pivotal role in nurturing leadership talent, designing people-first organisational cultures, and enabling resilience – particularly within the SME ecosystem.
A recipient of the Model Entrepreneur Award, Roselyn has founded and sustained two businesses, and her commitment to impact extends to her volunteer work with various SME-focused institutions. She currently serves on boards of two companies in the logistics sector, contributing her governance and HR expertise to drive ethical leadership and strategic growth.
Roselyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, a Master’s in Public Administration, and certification from the Owner Manager Program at LBS. She is also a certified Jon Maxwell coach and a certified life coach, recognised for her people-centric approach, motivational style, and dedication to creating environments where individuals and organisations can thrive.
