Eileen Oduraa Ninson (FCCA, MCIT) is a recognized social innovator, seasoned Chartered Accountant, and Chartered Tax Practitioner with over a decade of cross-regional experience in financial strategy, tax management, and regulatory compliance. She currently serves as Head of Finance at Sir David Adjaye & Associates (Africa), the African arm of the global architecture firm Adjaye Associates, where she leads strategic finance initiatives across diverse projects on the continent.
Eileen is also the Founder and CEO of The Chayil Foundation, a social impact organization committed to empowering widows and single mothers through vocational skills training, healthcare access, microcredit, and economic inclusion. Under her leadership, the Foundation has delivered measurable transformation in underserved communities (impacting over hundred lives)—reflecting her passion for equity and holistic development.
Beyond the professional space, she serves as Sunday School Superintendent at Bethel Methodist Church, Community 8, Tema, where she mentors the next generation of Christian leaders and fosters spiritual growth in children. A respected voice in thought leadership, Eileen has moderated high-profile events and was a featured speaker at the ACCA Africa Members Convention 2023 in Johannesburg.
