After starting her career in Canada in 2005, Fatim returned to Côte d’Ivoire in 2011, joining Ericsson as Head of Human Resources for the company’s subsidiaries in Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, and Togo. From 2013 to 2018, she led the Human Resources department of the Ivorian subsidiary of telecom group IHS Towers.
An expert in artificial intelligence development, she founded her own company, Dux Côte d’Ivoire, in 2018, serving as its Managing Director.
In 2020, she rejoined IHS Towers and was appointed to lead the group’s Ivorian branch, becoming the first woman to hold the position of Managing Director within the company.
