Lindiwe Zulu has served as South Africa’s Minister of Small Business Development since 2014 and is a member of the ANC’s National Executive and Working Committees. Her political journey began after the 1976 student uprising, leading her to join the ANC in exile.
With a Master’s degree in journalism from Moscow, she has held key roles, including Head of Communication for the ANC’s Religious Affairs department, Deputy Speaker of the Gauteng Legislature, and South African Ambassador to Brazil.
As Minister, she champions entrepreneurship as a tool for economic growth and poverty reduction, focusing on governance, youth empowerment, and supporting women in business.
