Being a healthy workplace champion, she played a pivotal role in managing the COVID-19 clinical response, resulting in zero fatalities among employees within her practice population. Her leadership in implementing a comprehensive mental health intervention program significantly boosted employee morale and productivity, fostering a positive work environment. She has led medical emergency care initiatives and mentored younger colleagues, instilling doctors with the importance of compassionate healthcare delivery.

Kaine was awarded Best Resident in Part 2 Fellowship Examination of the West African College of Physicians by the Association of Resident Doctors, University of Port-Harcourt Teaching Hospital and has supervised numerous dissertations in Family Medicine.
